Simba needs a home
EXTREMELY sweet 3 year old male brindle whose family couldn't keep him and the people who took him in neglected him. They brought him to a vet clinic for euthanasia but were willing to surrender him. We are to find him a rescue / forever family.
He's been living outdoors, completely ignored, and is recovering from flea infestation. He's freshly vaccinated, neutered, and heartworm positive. He has juvenile cataracts and detached retinas so he has very limited vision (but he's coping just fine).
He loves people, kids, and dogs. He is currently doing fine with the cat in his foster home but we don't know how he'd do with other cats. He's good with kids but can be startled (due to lack of vision). He's calm and very sweet.
He is just starting to learn house training - he goes outside but has trouble asking to go out, possibly due to inability to locate the door.
